EfAt Inaya by Nisad, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance products
• Customized or altered products
• Products returned without original tags and packaging

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.
